Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All our orders are shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS) regular ground transport or via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges affiliated with an order placed with Exsite Golf. Orders may be expedited upon request for additional shipping fees. All orders will be shipped complete.

 

RETURN POLICY

All returns require return authorization from Exsite Golf management without exception.

Conditions for returns are as follows:

  • Authorized returns must be shipped within two weeks of verified receipt to the customer.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and in unused condition
  • Custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstances. Items such as brush color, other than our standard line, and logo decals are examples of custom items as well as any items deemed to be custom by the Exsite Golf management staff.
  • Any claims due to damage during shipping must be made immediately upon receipt. (within 48 hours)
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by the Exsite Golf staff.
